An exciting opportunity has arisen for a service delivery manager initially based out our Langley Mill depot. 

Our service delivery managers are invaluable to our success as the really good bus company. They are obsessive about the details and never willing to settle for good enough.

A good service delivery manager is a flexible leader who can enthuse and inspire the same passion for delivery as they have themselves. Working with both the operational and engineering teams they can make sound decisions and suggest improvements and developments where needed and spot opportunities when they arise.

service delivery managers' report directly to the depot operations manager and are expected to take on responsibility for the depot in their absence. This requires a full understanding of every aspect of the depot, an ability to report on daily functions and exceptional communication skills to lead a team. 

As reward for doing a good job you will have significant influence in the decision making process of the business. You will also be rewarded with a competitive salary (£25-£30k dependent on experience) and receive 20 days paid annual holidays per year in addition to statutory bank holiday entitlement.
